Michael has 30 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.  He has designed and executed effective active asset management strategies on a Canada wide basis for both debt and equity portfolios.  Michael is also a fully accredited appraiser, and has provided valuation and consulting services throughout Ontario.

Prior to becoming a partner in Real Property Solutions, Michael spent twenty years of his career in a variety of institutional roles, both debt and equity, and ten years as a fee appraiser and consultant. 

Michael's career has ranged over the entire real estate field, including asset management, construction management, property acquisitions, fee appraisal, mortgage lending and project management. 

Michael's experience has given him a unique ability to cut through to the key issues of a real estate problem, from both an equity and debt perspective.

Michael is active within the Professional Practice Committee of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
